Overview
At Labelishk, every garment is made to order with care and craft. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, our shipping timelines reflect the time needed to create something truly special — not an off-the-shelf product pulled from a warehouse.
We ship across India and internationally. Please read this policy carefully to understand what to expect after placing your order.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All payments are to be made online at the time of ordering or as per our payment terms. Please refer to our Payment Terms for details.

Order Processing
We strive to begin work on your order as soon as it is placed and the advance payment is confirmed. Our team will reach out to you promptly to finalise any pending details — measurements, fabric preferences, or design specifics — before production commences.
In most cases, order processing and production takes 25–30 days, after which your order is handed over to our delivery partner for shipping.
If you have a specific deadline or require your order sooner, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can advise on feasibility. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests wherever possible.

Shipping Timeline
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier partner assigned to your shipment.
Order Confirmed & Advance Received
Your order is confirmed once the 50% advance payment is received. Our team begins production immediately.
Day 0Production & Quality Check
Your garment is crafted, finished, and inspected at our studio. This stage typically takes 25–30 days.
25–30 DaysDispatch
Your order is carefully packed and handed to our delivery partner. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking SentDelivery & Balance Payment
Your order arrives at your doorstep. The remaining 50% balance is collected at the time of delivery. Please record an unboxing video upon receipt.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched to our delivery partner, you will receive a unique tracking link via email and/or SMS. This link will allow you to follow your shipment in real time and stay updated on its expected delivery date.
If you have not received a tracking link within 48 hours of being notified of dispatch, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us and we will resend the details promptly.

Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. These include:
- Adverse weather conditions or natural events
- Transport strikes or logistical disruptions
- Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
- Stocking or supply chain issues
- Public holidays or peak season volumes
- Customs clearance delays for international shipments
In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed. You will always be able to track your order through the link provided, and our team is available to assist you if you have any concerns.
We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please get in touch before placing your order and we will confirm availability.

Payment on Delivery
As noted, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders require an advance payment to initiate production. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery and can be settled via UPI, card, or bank transfer.

International Shipping
We ship internationally and are happy to deliver our pieces to customers around the world. International orders follow the same 25–30 day production timeline, with additional transit time depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.
- All orders are invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies at the destination are the customer's sole responsibility.
- International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are outside our control.
- A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched, though tracking granularity may vary by country.
